Regency vs. Petaluma–An Un-Smart Train Wreck In Progress?

To be absolutely clear, I am agnostic on the underlying development of this area except for lingering doubts about how traffic flow is going to be managed. What motivates me to comment now about the project–as opposed to publishing public records concerning the lawsuit– is the fear that the Regency/City dispute is spinning out of control in terms of its impact on the City Budget.

Can You Be Robbed By A Bank?

All went well until the second month when the bank statement listed a $25 monthly fee on the savings account. To be fair, the statement did show that the bank paid us interest of 11 cents…thus reducing our “loss” to $24.89.
