Regency Sues…Target Sends Letters
Much has been written and said about the January 13 lawsuit filed by Regency against the City of Petaluma over the pending shopping center–a.k.a. the Target Store.
The day after the lawsuit was filed, Target sent two letters to the city.
Newspaper articles and Petaluma 360 comments notwitstanding, I think it is better to read the underlying documents.
