The City of Petaluma is in receipt of a letter dated September 11, 2009 from Jim Ratto of North Bay Corporation, Redwood Disposal, Inc.

Retired attorney/administrator in various corporate postions.Moved to California in 1985 and have lived in Petaluma since 1986. The best description on my present role in life is community observer.
