Regency vs. Petaluma–An Un-Smart Train Wreck In Progress?
To be absolutely clear, I am agnostic on the underlying development of this area except for lingering doubts about how traffic flow is going to be managed.
What motivates me to comment now about the project–as opposed to publishing public records concerning the lawsuit– is the fear that the Regency/City dispute is spinning out of control in terms of its impact on the City Budget.

Regency/Target–Lawsuits & Letters!
I am beginning to wonder if the new watchword at City Hall these days is –”Letters, We Get Letters! Lawsuits, We Get Lawsuits.”
